Flex Subscriptions allow you the freedom of choosing shows from any of our seasons and special performances.
Purchase 5 or more Flex Coupons good for any production in our Signature Season, our Hanover Tavern Season and any of the following additional productions: Black Nativity and Crowns (Co-produced with African American Repertory Theatre at the Gottwald Playhouse at CenterStage)
Call and choose your shows, dates and times when your schedule allows. (Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.) Use the seating charts below to see where your seats will be.

Reserved Seat Subscriptions
Reserved Seat Signature Subscriptions allow you to subscribe to all 5 shows in our Signature Season at Willow Lawn and the Empire Theatre (Boleros for the Disenchanted, 'Spelling Bee', Grapes of Wrath, Is He Dead? and The Sound of Music).
Since you choose your dates and times when you order, you can lock in the best seats. (Tickets can be exchanged for another date if your schedule changes - see below for details.)

Show Exchanges
You can exchange tickets for another date OR for an entirely different show! Exchanges just need to be made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled date and time. Tickets must be at the Box Office in order to process an exchange. If mailing, send tickets to: 1601 Willow Lawn Drive, Richmond, VA 23230. (An upgrade fee will apply if you are exchanging from a Super Saver to Signature performance date.)
